A little to know before you arrive
Every visit includes complimentary tea, a fresh towel, robe and secure locker.
Haven is a shared, co-ed bathhouse with limited guest numbers, creating a calm and spacious environment for all guests. Soft conversation is welcome, with consideration for those around you.
Haven is 18+ and swimwear is required throughout the bathhouse.
Bookings of six or more guests are considered group bookings. This allows us to maintain a balanced and restorative atmosphere for both individual guests and smaller groups. For group reservations, please contact our team directly.
Please note: Due to the high temperatures within our facilities, Haven is not suitable for guests who are pregnant.
